If you can't open Guides section and you see an error, please disable ad blocker apps as they may affect MAPS.ME operation.
If you use Android version of the app, please make sure that you have added a Google account in your device settings → Accounts. Travel guides catalog works only on devices with Google Play services.
If you use mobile Internet, please connect to the Wi-Fi network, as there may be restrictions on the part of the provider, device settings (for example, mobile data is disabled for the app in roaming) or the current mobile connection is not enough to download guides.
Note: on some Android devices (Huawei, etc.), the restriction on the app work in the background may affect the download of guides. In this case, you should allow downloading in the background for MAPS.ME (Android settings → Background apps → MAPS.ME). The exact path to the option depends on the device.
