To prevent this, we ask that you allow time for the transaction to process within our systems. It's possible our systems have received the order but are experiencing a delay with the crediting process.
- Do not try to repeat the payment until the advertise campaign have been delivered to your account;
- Do not try to repeat an order for the advertisement campaign on the payment page (hosted by the payment system). Instead, go back to our own website and place a new order;
- Do not refresh the payment page until the operation is complete.
If you paid for a single order on your account multiple times, please contact us and describe the payment process and provide as much information as possible.
